Saddam's Illegal Take Much Larger Than Believed

KBCI 2 Boise, Idaho
Congressional investigators believe that Saddam illegaly profited from the UN's Oil for Fodd Program to the the tune of 21.3 BILLION DOLLARS. Thats alot of zero's folks. I have never been one of these "get us out of the UN' folks but reports like this, coupled with the UN's reaction to Sudan and Arafat is quickly making me a fast believer. The question I have to the Liberal/progressive folks who might pop by this blog is ,"where is your outrage". Why doesn't Michael Moore do a movie on the UN? I am not saying that many progressives would not be appalled by this level of corruption. However, if your point is that Bush is wrong because he is going it alone and alienating the UN then we have a problem. How can we trust an organization that is at the very least is so badly run that corruption at this level goes on. I hope "progressives" ,if they wish us to listen to their arguments about the importance of UN approval, would quit spinning conspiracy theories about the carylie and haliburton corporations and join us in demanding accountabilty. Well sorry for that "rant" the number quoted above just took my breath away. Off to court, see yall tonight.
